What's On
This season's programme features an unbelievable headline concert. In October, Dervish embrace the spirit of Ireland's Atlantic coast, with haunting melodies that capture the very heart of history. Later that month, we present the razor-sharp National Theatre Live production, The Misanthrope. Looking ahead, we welcome the platinum-selling Danish songwriter Tim Schou for his intimate UK debut. This season, we'll also see a tribute to The Killers, a tribute to Diana Ross, a magical Hansel and Gretel: The Pantomime, the return of The Music of the Jersey Boys, a tribute to Elton John, The Detective Masterclass, Alasdair Beckett-King, and a tribute to Shania Twain.

Alasdair Beckett-King
Saturday, January 16, 2027
Alasdair Beckett-King is the crumbliest comedian in the game: a multi-award-winning stand-up comic and (occasionally) an internet sensation.
Come vagabonds, come mountebanks, come coney-catchers and cutpurses and meet the King of Crumbs! As seen on Mock the Week and 8 out of 10 Cats Does Countdown.
The Detective Masterclass
Saturday, January 16, 2027
Calling all keen detectives in the making! We have a murder mystery to solve – and we’re going to have a lot of fun while we do it. Alasdair Beckett-King, creator of the world’s finest detective, Montgomery Bonbon, is asking for your help to crack the case in his new book. In Scandal on the Stage, a playwright collapses on stage, whispering “Murder!” – but the cast all have rock-solid alibis…
Alasdair, a stand-up comedian seen on Mock the Week and Comedy Central Live, as well as the author of the Bonbon series, will show you how to walk, talk and detect like a sleuth. One with a great sense of humour.

WHAT OUR VISITORS SAY
''The Freddie Mercury gig was brilliant! Loved his voice and character tribute, and the way he worked the crowd - marvellous! We were seated in The Circle for the first half, but boogied the second half on the dance floor. Good times.
For us, it's also about the social; seeing people we know and meeting new friends - which we did!
Thank you Town Hall''
