About the event

Howard welcomes three more top comedians to the stage this September for his hugely popular comedy club at Silsden Town Hall. This month's guests are Seeta Wrightson, Brennan Reece and Phil Walker.

Seeta Wrightson

BBC New Comedy Awards Semi-Finalist and a regular on the comedy circuit up and down the UK, Bradford-born, Leeds-based comedian Seeta Wrightson is making her name as a mixed-race, mixed-up and erratic tour de force of comedy.

Brennan Reece

Brennan is a multi-award-winning working-class wordsmith (Edinburgh Best Newcomer Nominee and English Comedian Of The Year Winner) . A stand-up, a storyteller and self confessed mummy’s boy. His boyish cheeks recently cropped up on Survival Of The Fittest (ITV), The Stand Up Sketch Show (ITV) Live At The Comedy Store (Comedy Central) and racking up over 6 million YouTube hits for his stint on Top Gear (BBC). A true Northern voice, with family close to his heart. Your Mum is going to love him!

“Absolutely incredible” - Phoebe Waller Bridge

Phil Walker

Phil’s act has taken him to some weird & wonderful places, from a scout hut in Unst in the Shetland Isles to a porta-cabin on mount Alice in the Falkland Islands, basically he’ll go anywhere for a laugh! Ever since being voted City Life Comedian of the year at the famous comedy store in Manchester, Phil has been in demand as a headline act at most of the leading comedy clubs throughout the country as well as major cruise lines and hotels internationally. He made his debut at the Edinburgh festival in 2012 where he received four-star critical acclaim for his one-hour show "Is this it? Phil is proud to have entertained over 4000 troops on two tours of war-torn Afghanistan as part of the CSE shows.

"If you look in your local comedy club listings and ever see Phil Walker listed, get a ticket. One of the funniest acts out there" - Jason Manford
