"A Zumba class is a lively, high-energy group fitness session that combines dance and aerobic movements, usually set to upbeat Latin and international music. A Clubbercise class is like a night out at a club, but with a workout built in. The room is darkened with disco lights, UV lighting, and glow sticks in hand. It feels more like a party than a traditional fitness class. I have been teaching Zumba 13 years and Clubbercise 6 years. I have always had a passion for dance and fitness and these classes put that passion together.
