Service Description

Karate training for all age groups. We train all year round, but not on Bank Holidays. A free session is available to sample training before committing to joining the group. "We were the first martial arts club in Silsden and have taught here for many years. We started our Karate Club in Silsden to help all age groups as a self-defence skill, to build self-confidence, to get fit and stay fit, to build self-discipline and a strong will to succeed, and not give in. At our club, we have also coached many students to be fighting and Kata champions, with many tournament successes. Our overall aim is to give people a pastime that develops multiple skills and health benefits to improve their lives".
