Hatha Yoga combines asana (posture) and pranayama (breathing exercises) with steady breathing and poses are generally held for a period of time to connect the body and mind, increase awareness and stability, also helps improve energy flow, flexibility, and release tension.
Through slow, mindful movements, pranayama, and meditation, this practice promotes relaxation, calmness for the mind and body, and overall well-being.
Classes are suitable for all abilities, beginners are welcome.
